[Lovecraftian Drawer]

This is a pretty simple example of a semi random text generator with a Lovecraft inspiration.

If nothing else, it could serve as inspiration for another content creator that is stuck in a creative rut.

For that reason, I really hope it passes judgment.

Effectively unplayable. Crashing into a pillar causes a restart. Getting hit causes a restart. Enemy shots don't seem to follow a predictable pattern.

Simply put, this game isn't fun in its current incarnation. I like the music and the art style but unfortunately this needs a lot of work.

The resolution isn't set properly. The game won't let me capture via en passant or promote pawns, seems like there are some glaring errors in the code.

Edit: holy shit, the amount of illegal moves you allow during check is incredible. I was even allowed to capture the opposing color's king. Please fix this horribly broken game before you submit it again.

first you said that game is not working ?
then you said there are illegal moves ?
so that means that game was working before, so were you lying and you proved it yourself, by giving statement of invalid capture, which proved that game was working earlier as well, and statement is wrong in itself as capturing other king is not illegal

The game doesn't work for me, it's just a blue screen. Though the youtube video makes it look pretty cool.

This seems like an interesting idea but the execution is sadly lacking. I am simply unable to effectively move letters around given the amount of time you allotted for each round. The end of a game seems arbitrary at this point, even though I know it can't be. Sometimes a game lasts three rounds, sometimes six.

Maybe I'm not smart enough to understand the mechanics of how to make a word. I'd like to see this developed further, it could be fun, but at this point it's not.

Absolutely not... It's not your problem, my friend said the same.

Simply use SPACE to change column, and with ARROWS a motion start from the bottom of column.
That motion goes up, and according the arrow pressed, moves the letter.


I'm sad that game seems tricky.
