I have it and it works great. I used to experience the same problem. The thing has 2 fans, high and low setting and has a thing so you don't use up a usb slot. Also it was less then $30 [$23 if i am not mistaking]. You can find it almost any where, Staples, Circuit City, Best Buy etc.
I have seen other products but they tend to be a bit more expensive.
That's really awesome. I don't know which is a better deal, but this one from NewEgg has free shipping, and the reviews are really good.
