The greatest flash port ever created.

This game is incredible and I want more. I really enjoyed powering up in this, your character basically become unstoppable once you obtained a fire flower. Bill and Samus are by far the best characters to use once you get their Fire Flower, which shows that there are still some balancing issues but because it looks like you ripped the characters directly from their respective games it's not all that surprising. You did an excellent job with that.

Link is terrible, though It's almost like playing with a severe handicap (just left a bad taste in my mouth using him). His upward and downward thrust moves are useless for killing enemies because even at tier 3 he takes 2 hits to kill them.

Mario is obviously just plain as hell, but I liked the possibility of playing the original game, because even without the extra characters this is the best SMB flash port I've ever played.

Give us some more, this was insanely well designed, the music all fit perfectly and it has lots of replay potential. I loved it.

Fun... until you get the medal

Although simple, this game is surprisingly addicting. It has all necessary elements for a well planned out side scrolling shooter challenge. This game is well polished, and the controls respond nicely. A little more variety in birds or enemies in general would be nice though. The music was bubbly and fun, providing a good match to the game itself.

I was disappointed that nothing happens after you get to 10,000 feet. I was expecting the balloon to touch down or something like what really happened, but the game never ends. I have somewhat of a disliking for games that don't end.

Excellent.

What should I say about this game? The graphics and sounds are beautiful, the physics engine is very nice, the advancing weapon technology was a nice touch. You also included a good level editor - always a wonderful feature!

This is a very well polished product and clearly it took a lot of effort. I only have two complaints.

First, on the later levels with a lot of objects, I found the controls to be a little unresponsive - I click the 2nd time when the shot is clearly still on its way up and nothing happens, the shot just hangs there and gets wasted. This is frustrating when things are going well for me otherwise. Are you removing the game objects from the stage when they are not visible?

Second, after I release the final shot, the reset button is broken. I have to wait until the the shot stops moving, then for the countdown, and then I have to click some acknowledgment that I'm a royal failure... even when I know immediately that the shot didn't come out right (sometimes due to point number 1)! Why can't I click reset? It kind of seems like a purposeful irritation. As a result, I found myself clicking reset with one shot left if I didn't think my odds on the shot were good.

Nevertheless I finished the game and it was quite satisfying.

How confusing...

This game is annoying as hell. It isn't fun.
In fact, it's annoying to the point of obnoxiousness. Yet, I still played it. I still got four of the medals. I'm still working on getting another.
I wonder if anyone is really patient enough to get the medals by the way they were intended.

I understand the point of the game, but I don't see how it was necessary.

I guess you accomplished what you set out to do, and quite well I might add. Good for you (I guess).

Curse you, Shinki!

I can't stop playing this game! It's like a demon incarnate came down and said "YOU NEED TO WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS AND NOT STUDY MATHEMATICS". I guess either he's very persuasive or you're very good at making games.
These songs were great for a Guitar Hero style game, and the incentive of the unlockable guitars are just awesome. Keep up the great work and (if you can) improve on this with the sequel!

Wonderful.

Probably one of the best defense games I've ever played. I like how the rebounds can damage the ground, but I don't like how the craters don't stay. I'd like to see if they would be additive and make the holes bigger if they get hit in the same place.

Overall, this is a great game.

Amazing!

Holy cow, man. This has to be the best platformer I've played in an extremely good time.
The amount of style is just dripping from every fluid motion, every deliciously executed jump.

Nice, friendly tutorial.

I like this tutorial. It's not bad at all, and has nice, helpful hints.

Keep up the good work.

Quite enjoyable.

I really liked this game. Moderatley original, and pretty well actionscripted.
I look forward to the finished version.

Well thank you. I plan on getting the full version out asap

Most impressive.

Quite an entertaining game you've made here.
Plays fluently on a mediocre machine, which is nice. I really liked the different weapons. Purple, obviously the weakest, required the least technique of all the weapons, and when combined with the seeking missiles, required very little technique. After I realized it was too easy, I switched to the more powerful blue laser.

To make a long story short, I had fun.
Awesome game.

Thanks. Glad you like it. =D

They came for the dinosaurs, and I did not speak out, because I was not a dinosaur. They came for the giant robots, and I did not speak out, because I was not a giant robot. Then they came for the nerds. And I was screwed.
